El desenvolupament de dos par\u00e0metres fisiol\u00f2gics sembla important a l\u2019hora d\u2019aconseguir aquestes millores: el consum m\u00e0xim d\u2019oxigen i el llindar anaer\u00f2bic. L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest treball \u00e9s analitzar els diferents m\u00e8todes d\u2019entrenament per a la resist\u00e8ncia en el futbol que han demostrat la seva validesa, entre els quals es poden destacar l\u2019entrenament interv\u00e0lic d\u2019alta intensitat, les situacions redu\u00efdes de joc, l\u2019entrenament d\u2019esprints repetits i l\u2019entrenament continu.
