Aix\u00ed mateix, es discuteixen els resultats i s\u2019argumenta que l\u2019entrenament de la for\u00e7a \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per millorar el rendiment esportiu d\u2019alt nivell.
