Per a la recollida de la informaci\u00f3, es va rec\u00f3rrer a una entrevista personal i a la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019un q\u00fcestionari elaborat <em>ad hoc<\/em>, per ser utilitzat entre els socis d\u2019un club de golf situat a la Corunya. Els resultats de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi factorial indiquen que hi ha cinc grans dimensions: personal, condicions f\u00edsiques, organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3, instal\u00b7lacions i serveis complementaris, i vestidors i armariets.
