Un total de vuitanta escolars es van dividir en tres grups (dos d\u2019experimentals i un de control). Els grups experimentals van realitzar el programa d\u2019educaci\u00f3 postural dins les classes d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica de prim\u00e0ria durant un curs escolar complet (nou mesos), dues sessions per setmana (trenta-una setmanes, seixanta-dues sessions d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica). El programa desenvolupava els continguts de presa de consci\u00e8ncia, enfortiment abdominal i lumbar i estiraments de la musculatura isquiosural. Es va dur a terme durant disset minuts de la sessi\u00f3 habitual d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica. El grup de control va seguir el programa est\u00e0ndard de les classes d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica. Abans i despr\u00e9s de dur a terme el programa es va valorar amb un inclin\u00f2metre ISOMED-95 el pla sagital de la columna vertebral en tres posicions: bipedestaci\u00f3, flexi\u00f3 del tronc i sedestaci\u00f3. Els resultats mostren millores en ambd\u00f3s grups experimentals en totes les valoracions, encara que nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n significatives en la flexi\u00f3 de tronc i sedestaci\u00f3. Per al grup de control, no es van trobar millores en cap par\u00e0metre, i van empitjorar tant la disposici\u00f3 sagital est\u00e0tica (bipedestaci\u00f3) com la din\u00e0mica (flexi\u00f3 de tronc i sedestaci\u00f3).
