Hem constatat, per la nostra experi\u00e8ncia cl\u00ednica i esportiva, l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia d\u2019una mala execuci\u00f3 dels exercicis d\u2019enfortiment abdominal de forma generalitzada. Aquest fet porta, no nom\u00e9s a no aconseguir l\u2019objectiu de l\u2019exercici (enfortir els abdominals) sin\u00f3 que comporta riscs importants per a la salut, tant de la columna lumbar com de la musculatura del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0.
