No hi ha evid\u00e8ncia experimental sobre la relaci\u00f3 entre lesions del membre inferior, tipus de peu i valors excessius de pronaci\u00f3 o supinaci\u00f3. Tampoc no hi ha estudis concloents sobre valors m\u00e0xims de pronaci\u00f3 i supinaci\u00f3 durant la carrera o la marxa atl\u00e8tica. S\u2019han format tres grups: 5 marxadors, 5 velocistes i 5 subjectes sedentaris. S\u2019ha analitzat el tipus de peu (Hern\u00e1ndez-Corvo) i la pronaci\u00f3 i supinaci\u00f3 m\u00e0ximes caminant (6 km\/h), corrent (14 km\/h) i marxant (12 km\/h, \u00fanicament marxadors), en tap\u00eds rodador, mitjan\u00e7ant filmaci\u00f3 2D posterior. S\u2019ha trobat correlaci\u00f3 negativa significativa (<em>p<\/em>&lt; 0,01) entre valors m\u00e0xims de pronaci\u00f3 i de supinaci\u00f3 (major pronaci\u00f3 implica menor supinaci\u00f3 i viceversa), per\u00f2 no entre aquests valors i el tipus de peu. No hi ha difer\u00e8ncies significatives en tipus de peu ni en valors m\u00e0xims de pronaci\u00f3 i supinaci\u00f3 entre els tres grups, encara que de mitjana s\u00f3n els marxadors els que m\u00e9s pronen. Hi ha difer\u00e8ncies significatives (<em>p<\/em>&lt; 0,05) en valors m\u00e0xims de pronaci\u00f3 i de supinaci\u00f3 entre velocistes corrent i marxadors marxant.
