Es van obtenir dades de 30 atletes de competici\u00f3, per\u00f2 completes nom\u00e9s de 8 (24\u00b18 anys, 87\u00b120 km\/setm., 8\u00b17 anys d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia). Es van recollir les freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies card\u00edaques mitjan\u00e7ant el SPORT TESTER 3000 SYSTEM en tres proves de camp: Test Conconi, IT amb recuperaci\u00f3 relativa card\u00edaca fixa (140 p\/m) i IT amb recuperaci\u00f3 absoluta temporal fixa (1 min.). Les variables m\u00e9s significatives van ser: ritme card\u00edac m\u00e0xim de treball, ritme de sortida de treball i el temps de pausa. Vaig establir dos grups: deficitaris (TP&gt;1 min.) i excedents recuperatoris (TP&lt;1 min.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"journal-abstract\"><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"journal-abstract\">L&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de les NR \u00e9s individual i espec\u00edfica.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li class=\"journal-abstract\">Existeix un increment progressiu de les NR tret de la darrera repetici\u00f3 per efecte de la relaxaci\u00f3 psicol\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<li class=\"journal-abstract\">L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia influeix significativament en la resta de variables.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li class=\"journal-abstract\">La recuperaci\u00f3 fixa absoluta modifica progressivament el tipus d&#8217;esfor\u00e7 i entrenament.<\/li>\n<li class=\"journal-abstract\">La RST m\u00e0xima per continuar un IT es situa entre 140 p\/m i el llindar aerbbic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resum L&#8217;objectiu de la recerca \u00e9s l&#8217;estudi de la influ\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de les necessitats recuperat\u00e8ries (NR) en l&#8217;entrenament interv\u00e0lic (IT).
