No \u00e9s freq\u00fcent que les persones que desitgin aprimar-se utilitzin l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic com a mitj\u00e0 per aconseguir-ho, renunciant aix\u00ed als beneficis psicol\u00f2gics i metab\u00f2lics que reporta. Tot i aix\u00f2, quan s\u00ed fan exercici, l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 de la dansa aer\u00f2bica \u00e9s majorit\u00e0ria entre les dones, mentre que els homes prefereixen els exercicis de for\u00e7a.
