Es van realitzar 16 entrenaments del qu\u00e0driceps en 4 setmanes. Cada sessi\u00f3 va consistir en 8 s\u00e8ries de 10 repeticions al 80\u2009% de la for\u00e7a m\u00e0xima isom\u00e8trica (FMI) en una m\u00e0quina d\u2019extensi\u00f3 de qu\u00e0driceps. El ritme d\u2019execuci\u00f3 va ser d\u20191:1:1 (fases conc\u00e8ntrica, exc\u00e8ntrica i rep\u00f2s, respectivament). Al GE se li aplicava EENM durant la fase conc\u00e8ntrica. Abans i despr\u00e9s de l\u2019entrenament (T1 i T2, respectivament) i despr\u00e9s de dues setmanes de desentrenament (T3) es va mesurar el temps de carrera en 20 m (T-20), tres salts verticals (SJ, CMJ i ABK) i la FMI. Entre T1 i T2 es va produir un increment significatiu de la FMI tant en GE com en GV (39,2\u2009% i 30,1\u2009%, <em>p<\/em> &lt; 0,001), i el CMJ va disminuir (\u20136,2\u2009%, <em>p<\/em>\u2009&lt;\u20090,01) i l\u2019ABK (\u20137,5\u2009%, <em>p<\/em>\u2009&lt;\u20090,01) en GE.
