L&#8217;objectiu fonamental \u00e9s intentar demostrar que la preparaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica no ha de ser una cosa diferenciada de l&#8217;entrenament quotidi\u00e0 que es porta a terme en les sales de lluita o els tatamis, sin\u00f3 tot el contrari. Mitjan\u00e7ant el que anomenem &#8220;metodologia integrada&#8221; combinem l&#8217;entrenament dels aspectes t\u00e8cnics i t\u00e0ctics amb el desenvolupament de les capacitats condicionals. Tamb\u00e9 proposem uns sistemes d&#8217;entrenament que tenen per objecte racionalitzar el proc\u00e9s de preparaci\u00f3 dels lluitadors; per a aix\u00f2 suggerim diferents tipus de treball que s&#8217;aconsegueixen combinant les variables: exercicis, nivell d&#8217;oposici\u00f3 de adversari i temps de treball\/temps de recuperaci\u00f3.
