Les proves realitzades es van ajustar als protocols descrits per Bosco i col. [Bosco, Komi, Ito, 1981; 1982; Bosco, Luhtanen, Komi, 1983; Komi, Bosco, 19781: Squat Jump (SJ), Counter-Movement Jump (CMJ ). Abalakov (ABK), Squat Jump amb c\u00e0rregues progressives de 25, 50 i 100% del pes corporal (SJ100), Drop Jump (DJ) a 5 altures (20, 40, 60, 80 i 100 cm), i For\u00e7a Reactiva durant 5 s (FR5). Es compara l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 dels valors de salt i components de for\u00e7a entre la fase rutin\u00e0ria i la de preparaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica espec\u00edfica. En la fase control no es van apreciar canvis significatius (p&gt;.05) en els par\u00e0metres utilitzats (TV, pot\u00e8ncia i components de for\u00e7a). Les millores obtingudes despr\u00e9s de la fase de preparaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica espec\u00edfica augmentaven a mida que augmentava la sobrec\u00e0rrega en SJ i altura de caiguda en DJ. Els components contr\u00e0ctil (CC) i reflex (CR) van augmentar de forma significativa (p&lt;.01), i no es va observar el mateix fenomen amb la resta dels components de la for\u00e7a. Es discuteixen les raons que poden explicar els canvis observats.
