Revisi\u00f3 bibliogr\u00e0fica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resum<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exercici exc\u00e8ntric, especialment si implica un important grau d\u2019estirament del m\u00fascul contret, s\u2019associa a dolor muscular tard\u00e0 o \u201ccruiximent\u201d que apareix a regions musculars sotmeses a esfor\u00e7, hores despr\u00e9s de la fi de l\u2019exercici, i que assoleixen una intensitat m\u00e0xima, en general, entre les 24 i les 72 hores. Normalment s\u2019acompanya d\u2019una lleugera tumefacci\u00f3, disminuci\u00f3 del rang de moviment articular, rigidesa i p\u00e8rdua de for\u00e7a. Una de les caracter\u00edstiques principals del \u201ccruiximent\u201d \u00e9s la hipersensibilitat, la qual es manifesta a causa d\u2019una reducci\u00f3 del llindar de dolor en l\u2019estimulaci\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica, de tal manera que est\u00edmuls normalment innocus (com ara una lleugera pressi\u00f3 en la zona afectada) desencadenen sensaci\u00f3 dolorosa. Aquest fenomen s\u2019anomena alod\u00ednia mec\u00e0nica. Durant els \u00faltims temps, ha estat considerable l\u2019inter\u00e8s suscitat en la comunitat cient\u00edfica per les lesions que es produeixen en els m\u00fasculs com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de les contraccions musculars exc\u00e8ntriques.
