Malgrat aix\u00f2, s\u2019ha de ressaltar que fins avui son escasses les publicacions que s\u2019han centrat en aprofundir de manera qualitativa i\/o quantitativa en l\u2019exercitaci\u00f3 abdominal en el medi aqu\u00e0tic.<br> A partir d\u2019un estudi bidimensional de fotogrametria i v\u00eddeo s\u2019ha realitzat un an\u00e0lisi cinem\u00e0tica de 12 exercicis aqu\u00e0tics de flexi\u00f3 de tronc que involucren la musculatura abdominal. L\u2019estudi est\u00e0 en les seves fases preliminars, motiu per al qual es va dur a terme amb \u00fanic subjecte. El model antropom\u00e8tric utilitzat per a l\u2019an\u00e0lisi cinem\u00e0tica va consistir en un model al\u00e0mbric de tres segments: cuixa, pelvis i zona lumbar. Aquests tres segments determinen els dos angles d\u2019inter\u00e8s: angle dels malucs i angle lumbar.<br> Els resultats obtinguts han corroborat l\u2019efic\u00e0cia i seguretat de la majoria dels moviments proposats.
