La nostra tasca principal \u00e9s dosificar i establir c\u00e0rregues que produeixin efectes d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3. Les situacions reals de joc s\u00f3n les que m\u00e9s en forma posen, per aix\u00f2, hem de preparar les c\u00e0rregues seguint una metodologia global, tot integrant els factors determinants del rendiment. <br> Aquest estudi pret\u00e9n de donar dades sobre el temps dedicat als continguts que es treballen als entrenaments. <br> Aquest estudi prospectiu i descriptiu s\u2019ha realitzat durant la temporada 2002-03, i ha recollit totes les sessions d\u2019entrenament realitzades per Foticos Saragossa, militant a la Divisi\u00f3 d\u2019Honor. El nombre de setmanes estudiades \u00e9s de 38, amb un total de 177 sessions, 30 partits oficials i 13 d\u2019amistosos. <br> Els blocs de continguts han estat: escalfament, for\u00e7a, resist\u00e8ncia, al\u00e0ctic en pista, espec\u00edfic en partits, automatismes, d\u2019altres, estiraments, partits. <br> El volum de la temporada \u00e9s de 27.060 minuts, cosa que d\u00f3na una mitjana de 12 hores per setmana. <br> El bloc de continguts situacions de joc-partits ocupa el 23% del temps dedicat a l\u2019entrenament, i \u00e9s la fam\u00edlia de continguts m\u00e9s important. <br> La quantificaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e0rregues d\u2019entrenament ser\u00e0 un referent molt v\u00e0lid a tenir en compte en la campanya de competici\u00f3 seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n\n <div class=\"tags\"> <p><strong>Paraules clau:<\/strong> <span>entrenament<\/span>, <span>f\u00fatbol sala<\/span>, <span>quantificaci\u00f3<\/span><\/p> <\/div> \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resum La quantificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019entrenament \u00e9s un tema que preocupa els preparadors f\u00edsics.
