{"id":10443,"date":"2020-10-27T11:07:15","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T11:07:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/?p=10443"},"modified":"2020-11-26T11:52:06","modified_gmt":"2020-11-26T11:52:06","slug":"variacio-de-la-potenciadel-tren-inferior-en-jugadoresdhandbol-dalta-competicio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revista-apunts.com\/ca\/variacio-de-la-potenciadel-tren-inferior-en-jugadoresdhandbol-dalta-competicio\/","title":{"rendered":"Variaci\u00f3 de la pot\u00e8ncia\ndel tren inferior en jugadores\nd\u2019handbol d\u2019alta competici\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resum<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>En aquesta investigaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha mesurat i analitzat la modificaci\u00f3 dels valors de la pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima de les extremitats inferiors, davant de c\u00e0rregues externes representatives del pes corporal (PC), en dos moviments estandarditzats:<br \/><em>a)<\/em> Extensi\u00f3 de cames (acci\u00f3 muscular de superaci\u00f3 davant de c\u00e0rrega externa representativa del 50 % i 100 % del PC). <br \/><em>b)<\/em> Flexi\u00f3-extensi\u00f3 de cames (acci\u00f3 muscular de retenci\u00f3 i superaci\u00f3 davant de c\u00e0rrega representativa del 50 % i 100 % del PC). <br \/>Tot plegat en funci\u00f3 de dos tipus d\u2019entrenament diferenciat \u2013m\u00e8tode pliom\u00e8tric vs m\u00e8tode tradicional amb pesos lliures\u2013 en jugadores d\u2019un equip d\u2019handbol durant el seu per\u00edode de competici\u00f3. Van participar en aquest estudi volunt\u00e0riament vuit dones. <br \/>Dels resultats es despr\u00e8n que existeix un augment dels valors de la pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima entre el test inicial \u2013TI\u2013 i el test final \u2013TF\u2013 que fa refer\u00e8ncia a la forma d\u2019execuci\u00f3 conc\u00e8ntrica 50 % PC i respecte del grup d\u2019entrenament tipus 1 \u2013pliometria\u2013, i encara que no hi ha significaci\u00f3 estad\u00edstica (p &gt; 0,05), t\u00e8cnicament es considera que l\u2019augment \u00e9s rellevant per a algunes jugadores, sobretot atesa la seva dimensi\u00f3 qualitativa. Tamb\u00e9 resulten determinants els augments de pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima aconseguits pels subjectes que van utilitzar l\u2019entrenament tipus 1 en la forma de d\u2019execuci\u00f3 exc\u00e8ntrica-conc\u00e8ntrica 100 % PC, els quals adquireixen una millora en els seus valors de pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima entre els dos tests (+ 95 watts de mitjana) (p &lt; 0,05).
