Revisi\u00f3 i posada al dia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resum<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e8xit dels programes d\u2019entrenament abdominal dep\u00e8n de factors m\u00faltiples, principalment, del nombre i tipus d\u2019exercicis utilitzats, del tipus i velocitat de contracci\u00f3 muscular i de la intensitat, volum i freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l\u2019entrenament. L\u2019objectiu del nostre treball \u00e9s revisar aquests factors i aportar informaci\u00f3 per a la prescripci\u00f3 de programes d\u2019entrenament abdominal. Segons els treballs existents a la literatura, cada sessi\u00f3 ha d\u2019combinar tipus d\u2019exercicis diversos: exercicis de flexi\u00f3 del tronc per al desenvolupament del recte de l\u2019abdomen, exercicis de rotaci\u00f3 i de flexi\u00f3 lateral per al desenvolupament dels m\u00fasculs oblics i exercicis d\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 per millorar la funci\u00f3 abdominal estabilitzadora. Es recomana la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019intensitats elevades (pesos, m\u00e0quines de musculaci\u00f3, etc.) per tal de desenvolupar la for\u00e7a abdominal i grans volums d\u2019entrenament (15-30 repeticions per s\u00e8rie o m\u00e9s) per a l\u2019increment de la resist\u00e8ncia.
