En aquest treball, hem utilitzat tres grups experimentals formats per nois i noies alumnes de l\u2019assignatura d\u2019Alt Rendiment en Gimn\u00e0stica Aer\u00f2bica de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica i Esport de la Universitat de Vigo, amb un rang d\u2019edat de 19 a 22 anys. La finalitat ha estat delimitar l\u2019efic\u00e0cia diferencial de tres tipus d\u2019entrenament (Anal\u00edtic progressiu, Global amb Minicircuit i Minicircuit amb coneixement previ de l\u2019error a evitar) sobre l\u2019aprenentatge i retenci\u00f3 d\u2019una habilitat gimn\u00e0stica de salt de l\u2019Aer\u00f2bic Esportiu.
