Van participar en aquest treball 22 dones sense patologies aparents (20,56\u00b10,98 anys), estudiants de la llicenciatura de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica i l\u2019Esport, que no practicaven cap esport. Els subjectes van portar a terme un programa de condicionament f\u00edsic en el medi aqu\u00e0tic, basat en l\u2019aer\u00f2bic aqu\u00e0tic, de molt curta durada (8 sessions de 30 minuts). Es va valorar la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica saludable, immediatament abans i despr\u00e9s de l\u2019activitat. Els resultats mostren una disminuci\u00f3 del pes gras estimat i una millora de la flexibilitat del tronc, la for\u00e7a de prensi\u00f3 manual, la for\u00e7a-resist\u00e8ncia abdominal, l\u2019equilibri i la pot\u00e8ncia aer\u00f2bica m\u00e0xima estimada.
