Es van estudiar 14 dones no entrenades. Es va utilitzar una plataforma vibrat\u00f2ria Zeptor\u00ae amb dues plataformes oscil\u00b7lat\u00f2ries. L\u2019entrenament es va realitzar en 2 fases durant 4 setmanes (5 dies\/sem): Fase 1: Entrenament de propiocepci\u00f3 (frec. theta: 3,5-7,5 Hz). Fase 2: Entrenament de for\u00e7a (frec. alfa: 7,5-12,5 Hz). Es va utilitzar el test de salt vertical de Lewis que avalua la pot\u00e8ncia anaer\u00f2bica al\u00e0ctica. El test es va realitzar els dies 1, 14 i 28 del per\u00edode d\u2019estudi. Es va utilitzar el programa SPSS 11.5 amb estad\u00edstica descriptiva i anal\u00edtica, amb prova t de Student entre variables de dades aparellades. Difer\u00e8ncies estad\u00edsticament significatives per a p\u2005\u2264\u20050,05. S\u2019ha observat un augment significatiu (p\u2005=\u20050,049) del salt de la primera (31,52\u2005\u00b1\u20055,38) a la segona determinaci\u00f3 (33,33\u2005\u00b1\u20055,47) i un augment significatiu (p\u2005=\u20050,022) del salt de la primera (31,52\u2005\u00b1\u20055,38) a la tercera determinaci\u00f3 (33,59\u2005\u00b1\u20055,36).
